Cheesy Pierogi Casserole

This mouth-watering Cheesy Pierogi Casserole is a comforting dish the whole family will love! Made with only 5 ingredients including golden bubbly Paradise Island Cheese Curds, this simple yet delicious dinner is perfect for any night of the week.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 400g pack Paradise Island Cheese Curds
  • 1.2kg frozen pierogi of your choice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken stock
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, finely sliced*
  • 3 medium green onions, finely sliced

*Option to cook bacon while pierogi are cooking in the oven if you don’t have cooked bacon

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F and lightly oil or spray with non-stick spray an oven-proof pan (about 9″ x 13″)

  2. Place pierogi in pan and pour broth over top. Scatter cheese curds over top of pierogi

  3. Place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until pierogi are cooked through and cheese curds are golden brown and bubbling

  4. Scatter bacon and green onion over top
