Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought frozen pie crust
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups Paradise Island Lactose-Free Old Cheddar, grated

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion until soft.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine egg mixture with ham and cheese.
  5. Stir in onions with ham and cheese mixture.
  6. Pour filling into pie crust and bake on sheet pan for 40 minutes.
