Ham & Cheese Quiche

Recipe Ingredients
- 1 store-bought frozen pie crust
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups Paradise Island Lactose-Free Old Cheddar, grated
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion until soft.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper.
- Combine egg mixture with ham and cheese.
- Stir in onions with ham and cheese mixture.
- Pour filling into pie crust and bake on sheet pan for 40 minutes.
