These tasty Ham & Cheese Quiches are perfect for brunch or busy mornings. They’re easy to whip up and can be made in mini muffin pans.

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place pastry shells in muffin tin.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. cheese and 1 tbsp. of chopped ham evenly among each tart.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill each cup with approximately 1 1/2 tbsp. of egg mixture. Evenly distribute remaining cheese among cups.
  7. Bake the quiches for 15 minutes or until the tart crusts are golden brown.
