Ham & Cheese Quiches
These tasty Ham & Cheese Quiches are perfect for brunch or busy mornings. They’re easy to whip up and can be made in mini muffin pans.
Recipe Ingredients
- Pre-made pastry tart shells
- 1/2 cup Paradise Island Lactose-Free Old Cheddar or Medium Cheddar or Sharp Cheddar
- 2/3 cup chopped ham
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe Directions
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place pastry shells in muffin tin.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. cheese and 1 tbsp. of chopped ham evenly among each tart.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each cup with approximately 1 1/2 tbsp. of egg mixture. Evenly distribute remaining cheese among cups.
- Bake the quiches for 15 minutes or until the tart crusts are golden brown.
