Ham & Cheese Sliders

These quick and easy Ham & Cheese Sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd. Serve as an appetizer or make multiple batches for a delicious lunch everyone will love.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Mayo
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • 250g sliced deli ham of choice
  • 1/2 400g block Paradise Island Lactose Free Mozzarella, thinly sliced or grated (approximately 200g)

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a baking dish big enough to fit package of sliders with cooking spray.
  3. Slice rolls in half using a serrated knife to separate the tops and bottoms. Do not separate individual rolls.
  4. Layer bottom half with mayo and place into baking dish.
  5. Top with sliced ham.
  6. Melt butter and mix in poppy seeds. Brush all over sliced ham.
  7. Top with thinly sliced cheese or sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Add top layer of rolls.
  9. Cover baking dish with foil.
  10. Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove foil after 10 minutes and continue baking for 5-10 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
