Ham & Cheese Sliders
These quick and easy Ham & Cheese Sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd. Serve as an appetizer or make multiple batches for a delicious lunch everyone will love.
Recipe Ingredients
- Mayo
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 package of Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
- 250g sliced deli ham of choice
- 1/2 400g block Paradise Island Lactose Free Mozzarella, thinly sliced or grated (approximately 200g)
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a baking dish big enough to fit package of sliders with cooking spray.
- Slice rolls in half using a serrated knife to separate the tops and bottoms. Do not separate individual rolls.
- Layer bottom half with mayo and place into baking dish.
- Top with sliced ham.
- Melt butter and mix in poppy seeds. Brush all over sliced ham.
- Top with thinly sliced cheese or sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Add top layer of rolls.
- Cover baking dish with foil.
- Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove foil after 10 minutes and continue baking for 5-10 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
