  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a pan over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in soup, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9×13” baking dish or 6 individual ramakins.
  5. Spoon mashed potatoes over filling and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
