Spring Cheddar Quiche

This easy and delicious spring-inspired Cheddar Quiche made with our Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese and fresh asparagus is a crowd-pleasing recipe perfect for brunch!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pre-baked pie shell (9-12 inch)
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of cooked asparagus, ends removed
  • 1/3 cup cooked peas
  • 1 1/2 cups Paradise Island Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and cook onion until translucent.
  3. Combine onion with cheese and spoon into pie shell.
  4. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper and combine.
  5. Pour egg mixture over onions and cheese.
  6. top with asparagus and peas.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until quiche is set.
