Spring Cheddar Quiche
This easy and delicious spring-inspired Cheddar Quiche made with our Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese and fresh asparagus is a crowd-pleasing recipe perfect for brunch!
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 pre-baked pie shell (9-12 inch)
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch of cooked asparagus, ends removed
- 1/3 cup cooked peas
- 1 1/2 cups Paradise Island Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook onion until translucent.
- Combine onion with cheese and spoon into pie shell.
- Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper and combine.
- Pour egg mixture over onions and cheese.
- top with asparagus and peas.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until quiche is set.
