This Super Bowl Snack Board loaded will cheesy snacks is a winning idea for game day! Fill your board with finger foods like deep fried cheese curds, a Parmesan pizza, and a selection of lactose free cheeses and crackers. Add your favourite chips and dips and you’ve created an epic board that everyone will love.
Recipe Ingredients
Breaded Cheese Curds
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups plain bread crumbs, extra fine
- 1 400g pack Paradise Island Cheese Curds
Cheese & Crackers Plate
- 1 400g block Paradise Island Lactose Free Medium Cheddar or Paradise Island Lactose Free Old Cheddar
- 1 400g block Paradise Island Lactose Free Extra Old Cheddar
- 1 400g block Paradise Island Marble
- Crackers
Caramelized Onion, Sausage, and Parmesan Pizza
- 280g store bought pizza dough
- ¼ cup alfredo sauce
- 1 Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup caramelized onions
- ½ cup Paradise Island Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Recipe Directions
Breaded Cheese Curds
- Beat eggs and salt together.
- Put flour in a separate container.
- Mix breadcrumbs and garlic in a third container.
- Roll 5-8 cheese curds in flour and shake off excess.
- Dip them in egg and drain.
- Roll them in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Dip them into egg mixture again, drain and then roll them into breadcrumbs a second time until coated.
- Repeat procedure until all curds are breaded twice.
- Spread out breaded curds on baking sheets and freeze.
- Deep fry from frozen at 375 degrees F for approximately 90 seconds.
- Drain and serve.
Cheese & Crackers Plate
- Cut cheese into different shapes and arrange on a plate or platter with your favourite crackers.
Caramelized Onion, Sausage, and Parmesan Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
- Place and stretch dough on a pizza pan as per package directions to about 10″ in
diameter. - Spread alfredo sauce in the middle of the pizza leaving a ¾” border.
- Top with sausage and caramelized onions then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake on the bottom rack for 10- 12 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
- Remove pizza and serve immediately!
Assembly
- Lay out breaded cheese curds, cheese & crackers plate, and pizza on a large table. Fill in gaps with your favourite chips, dips, and nuts.
