  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Fill ramekins with spinach and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese (divided between 2 ramekins), salt, and pepper.
  3. Crack 2 eggs each on top of spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cream and remaining cheese to both ramekins.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
