Cheesy Herbed Monkey Bread
A family fun favourite! This cheesy monkey bread is not only an easy recipe, it is loved by everyone!
Recipe Ingredients
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 650g fresh pizza dough
- 2 cups Paradise Island Regular Medium Cheddar Cheese or Lactose-Free Medium Cheddar Cheese, grated
Optional: marinara for dipping
Recipe Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
- In a medium-size bowl add the butter, garlic, oregano, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cut dough into 8 equal-sized balls of dough.
- Cut your 8 balls of dough into 4 balls until you have a total of 32 balls of dough
- Take a ball of dough and roll it into the herbed butter and place in a bundt pan. Repeat this with half the balls.
- Once 16 balls are in the pan, top them evenly with 1 cup of the cheese
- Repeat rolling the remaining balls of dough in the herbed butter and placing them in the bundt pan and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese
- Bake in the oven for 20- 25 minutes
- Once out of the oven, let rest for 5 minutes then carefully loosen the dough and cheese from the sides of the pan and flip onto a plate.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
