Cheesy Herbed Monkey Bread

A family fun favourite! This cheesy monkey bread is not only an easy recipe, it is loved by everyone!

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. In a medium-size bowl add the butter, garlic, oregano, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Cut dough into 8 equal-sized balls of dough.
  4. Cut your 8 balls of dough into 4 balls until you have a total of 32 balls of dough
  5. Take a ball of dough and roll it into the herbed butter and place in a bundt pan. Repeat this with half the balls.
  6. Once 16 balls are in the pan, top them evenly with 1 cup of the cheese
  7. Repeat rolling the remaining balls of dough in the herbed butter and placing them in the bundt pan and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese
  8. Bake in the oven for 20- 25 minutes
  9. Once out of the oven, let rest for 5 minutes then carefully loosen the dough and cheese from the sides of the pan and flip onto a plate.
  10. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
